In May 2023 Culture24 hosted an online seminar sharing our findings from the latest round of Let’s Get Real, our collaborative action research programme, now in its eleventh year.
Between 2022 – 2023, 10 cultural organisations went on a learning journey focusing on ways to build a thriving hybrid working environment. Join us to hear about their successes, challenges and insights. We’ll also be joined by two exciting keynote speakers, including Sejul Malde, Strategic Research Development Manager at The Australian National University’s College of Arts and Social Sciences. Our second keynote will be announced soon.
We’ll be sharing tips and insights on how you could implement the learning from this year’s programme. You’ll leave the seminar with ideas for how you might develop hybrid working at your own organisation as the cohort talk about their experimentations with staff surveys, hybrid working policies, training and more.
We’ll close the seminar by focusing on the theme for our next Let’s Get Real, where we’ll be investigating how the sector is using digital to add value for audiences and organisations.
