Cusworth Hall has been described as a jewel in Doncaster’s crown. A beautiful Grade 1 listed 18th century country house in acres of historic parkland with lakes, plantations and pleasure ground with dramatic views across the town and home to amazing social history collections, which illustrate the way people lived worked and entertained themselves over the last two hundred years.

This historic site was extensively restored between 2003 - 2007 visitors can experience a wealth of architecture, heritage, landscape history, wildlife and exhibitions, events and activities. There is also an excellent tea room and shop, everything you need for a memorable day out.

Walking for Health

In partnership with 'Walking for Health' we are excited to offer free guided walks of Cusworth Park lasting approximately one hour on the first and third Fridays of every month. If you would like to enjoy more fresh air exercise while experiencing the beauty of our landscape, then why not come along and join us? We will meet by the car park cash machines at 9:30am for a 9:45am start. No need to book, but we will ask you to complete a registration form on your first walk.

In the centenary year of the signing of the Treaty of Versailles, and the Peace celebrations that followed in Doncaster and across the country, we remember those who fought, those who refused to fight and those left behind. Internationally renowned singer-songwriters Findlay Napier, Greg Russell and Bella Hardy present an intimate evening of storytelling and song, inspired by stories from the archives, and those collected with Doncaster people through Doncaster 1914-18
