Birmingham City University Art and Design Archives contains both art and archival collections.
There are 16 different collections in the Archives, twelve of which have been fully catalogued. These cover the fields of art and design education and public art. The collections range in size from less than 50 items to over 40,000 items. They contain a mix of paper documents and books as well as art works, designs, posters, photographs and slides.
