Buried Treasure- Digging into the Coal Mining Collections
We’ll be putting on display artefacts that have been in our stores and now, with your help, we want to tell their stories. There will be maps of the coalfield alongside objects used in the pits, discussions about the role of various jobs and photographs from different decades of the twentieth century. What can you tell us that has yet to be revealed? Are there any stories missing?
