Hoards, Handbags & Highwaymen

A display of beautiful handbags and purses, mysterious buried treasure and money, money, money, including a chance to see a comlpete display of the recently discovered Bredon Hill Coin Hoard.

Archaeology treasures at Worcestershire County Museum

As part of the national Festival of Archaeology, enjoy a tour around our Collections Centre, discovering the archaeological treasures we store. Visitors will also see some of the Bredon Hill Coin Hoard being conserved.



Castle Explorers

  • 19 — 26 July 2015

Follow the trail around the Castle to discover the secrets of the past and the buildings and battlements that once stood here. Once completed you will receive a small prize.

Theatre at the Castle
