At the north entrance to the park is the Valley Inheritance Museum which documents the fascinating history of this proud valley. Within this former Georgian stable block are a library and research facilities in addition to both the permanent and temporary exhibitions.
The Museum also has an outdoor performance area, Courtyard Arts, which hosts events both traditional and contemporary such as Shakespeare, Welsh dancing, poetry readings and rock concerts.
