A great website for a great collection. John Ruskin's teaching collection, held by the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, encompasses everything from sketches and paintings to sculpture and photography.

You can take a digital delve into Ruskin's voluminous teaching catalogues, peruse his collection of Turners - and indeed his own sketches - or virtually wander through the 1470 diverse works of art he amassed specially for the Drawing School he founded at Oxford in 1871. The site even has videos that explore the great Victorian sage's teaching methods with particular refrence to his drawings.
