News: Tell your pupils and their families about the events to celebrate our creepy crawly friends during National Insect week 2010.

The National Insect Week website has a map, with a complete national listing of events, so you can find out what's going on near you.

For example, on June 19, 2010, Andover Museum has free, Magnificent Moths drop-in workshops. Children and their families can find out more about moths before making their own to take home with them.

Find out more about teaching resources and games for National Insect Week on Culture24/Teachers.
