Red House Museum and Gardens







A charming Georgian building (originally the town's workhouse) filled with a rich variety of displays and objects with a local theme. A herb garden, old fashioned rose and herbaceous borders, gift shop, coffee shop, a changing exhibitions programme, as well as a varied programme of events and activities for adults and children, make this a fascinating place to visit.
