A Volunteer run museum which gained Heritage Lottery and Devon Rennaisance funding in 2008 to relocate to newly renovated premises in historic Cross Street.Opened Easter 2009.

Takeover Day

The children from our local Primary School are going to concentrate on the evacuees during WWII. We will all be in costume, hope to create Morrison shelters on each floor of the museum thus allowing three different scenarios to take place
