This picturesque house, mainly Tudor in style, has a beautiful courtyard and one surviving tower dating from 1347. The house was involved in Jacobean intrigue and has a fascinating history. It was the home of the Brunner family until recent years and after extensive conservation work the house exudes a welcoming atmosphere with a well-stocked kitchen and homely living rooms.

The Mikado - Open Air Theatre
In the town of Titipu flirting has been made illegal. The penalty is death. Too bad then that the main culprit is the Lord High Executioner Ko-Ko, who wishes to marry his beautiful young ward Yum-Yum, and who has no intention of executing himself. So when Nanki-Pu arrives in Titipu and declares his love for Yum-Yum, Ko-ko has the perfect candidate for execution. Except that Yum-Yum, by tradition, would have to be executed with Nanki-Pu.
