The University of Greenwich still houses the Collection but it is not currently open to the public.

The campus at Dartford closed in July 2002 (last year) and the University has been unable to open the intended new venue at Greenwich. The Collection is in now in storage.

Charles Brooking, the founder of the Brooking Collection, still has his own museum at his home in Cranleigh Surrey which is open by appointment. Phone 01483 274203 at any time of year.

It is also open, for one day only, on Heritage Open Days. It is located at 44 The Drive, Cranleigh, Surrey GU6 7LZ. Cranleigh is 6 miles south of Guildford, Surrey in the direction of Horsham.
