The Ifield Watermill, in conjunction with the Crawley Museum Society and the Crawley Museum, is an independent charity and employs a part time Curator as well as a part time Assistant Curator (post vacant).
A dedicated team of volunteers have carried out all the restoration work (save for a short period during which a Job Creation Scheme was in operation) and continue to do so as well as managing the Watermill during opening hours.
