Telling the story of Watford past and present, Watford Museum is housed in the former Benskins Brewery Mansion. The museum has displays of local history and industry, including Watford Football Club memorabilia and the Cassiobury Collection of fine art.

Paper Scissors Stone: Taking Paper Beyond the Page

An imaginative and thought-provoking collection based around the re-shaping of paper, narrative and meaning. Paper forms, including books, newspaper and other objects or settings re-interpret both the materials and world around us. Five artists with different yet complementary styles deliver an exciting and engaging exhibition. Featuring artists Janie Graham, Jo Howe, Chris Lee, Caroline Lumb and Hillary Taylor.

Watford During the Great War 100 Years On: 1915

The second in a series of annual exhibitions commemorating the 100 year anniversary of the First World War. The story is being told as it was reported in Watford in 1915, through words and pictures taken from local newspapers and personal letters. There will also be a focus on the Lusitania and its impact on a local family.
