The Victorian Schoolroom

In-role activity days for Keystage 1 (The Victorian Playroom - Years 1 and 2) and Keystage 2 (The Victorian Schoolroom - Years 3 to 6). Designed and run by qualified teachers, the sessions take place in our specially recreated Victorian Classroom and run from 9.45am to 2pm, Monday to Thursday during term time. The Schoolroom can accommodate up to 36 children and the Playroom, which addresses the KS1 History Unit 'How do our toys differ from those of the past' can take up to 32 children per day.

Pastfinders - Junior Museum Club

Have fun discovering archaeology and history with Guildford Museum Pastfinders Club. Pastfinders meet once a month on a Saturday at 10.00 to enjoy a morning of art and craft on an archaeological theme or an outing to a place of historical interest. The duration of the meetings will depend upon the activity being arranged and may involve a full day trip or session. Members receive 10% off in the museum shop and also use of the Pastfinders Library during session time.
Membership costs £13.00 a year and covers three copies of the Pastfinders Newsletter which is sent by email plus you will receive a 10% reduction in the Museum Shop. In addition, members have the opportunity to use the Past
