The Art of Bedlam: Richard Dadd
- 16 June — 1 November 2015 *on now
Dadd was one of the most gifted artists of the early Victorian period, making his name with imaginative Shakespearean images. Despite later suffering from severe mental illness and spending much of his career in psychiatric hospitals, Dadd continued to create beautiful and haunting pictures including masterpieces such as The Fairy Feller’s Master-Stroke.
