Fashion and Textile Museum showcases female use of technology in design with Nano Women

Exhibition: Nano Women, Fashion and Textile Museum, London, until March 25 2011

Taking to creative powerhouse the Fashion and Textile Museum for a three-week spin, this exhibition aims to showcase how female artists and designers are using technologies to bolster their methods and art.

It features London group Mehraj, a textile collective known for their inimitably flamboyant and innovative works, and Anouska Parris, a London-based fashion and accessories designer who specialises in bespoke crafts fashioned from recycled materials.

  • Open 11am-6pm Tuesday- Saturday. Admission £7/£4 (free for under-12s).
