The Gallery is housed in a restored 18th century cottage in the conservation award winning Glasgow Vennel in Irvine.
The gallery includes the Heckling Shop were the world's most popular poet, Robert Burns, worked as a flax heckler. A video explains his life and work in Irvine. Also in the Glasgow Vennel is the Lodging House where Burns lived.
There is a small craft shop at the gallery where you locally made crafts and jewellery may be purchased at reasonable prices.
