The Black Watch Museum is housed in historic Balhousie Castle set in its own grounds beside the North Inch in Perth. The Museum is well signed on all approach routes into the city and parking is available. It is within easy walking distance of the centre.

The Museum is laid out chronologically in 10 rooms within the Castle. These display an amazing variety of artefacts illustrating the history of the Regiment as well as a fine collection of pictures. This unique and special collection consists of two and a half centuries of treasures of Scotland’s oldest Highland Regiment. Uniforms, fine paintings, medals, photographs, weapons and military equipment bring to life the proud military heritage of this family Regiment.

Due to the nature of the building disabled access is limited. Please phone for advice.
