Former Lemon Jelly supremo Fred Deakin will be heading to The Wilson (Cheltenham Art Gallery and Museum) for an inspiring evening event over the weekend of Thursday May 15 - Saturday May 17:

The recently revamped and re-opened Museum will stage an evening that will see a group of 14-25 year olds curate a programme of engaging events including a live band, the Day-Glo party and an open mic session.

More on Fred Deakin:

As one half of the band Lemon Jelly, Fred Deakin has been Mercury Music Prize and Brit nominated and sold over half a million albums.

In 1998 he co-founded London design agency Airside. Most recently he has created interactive art for France's national digital museum La Gaite Lyrique. Deakin is proposing a Day-Glo game show party.
