Causeway School Museum takes a look at Christmas Past

Christmas at Causeway School Museum

On December 16 Causeway School Museum will host a Christmas event for all the family in a unique and historic setting.

Children can take part in traditional Christmas crafts, adults can enjoy the surroundings and view new interpretation which tells the story of this revolutionary School.

There will also be musical entertainment throughout the evening, a small book sale, a slide show of Christmas past and Children will receive a festive lucky bag to take home.

Preparing the Christmas decorations at the Causeway School Museum

Guests will be offered a selection of refreshments and view the large Christmas tree, kindly donated from Castlerock Garden Centre, which has been decorated by local school children throughout December in the preceding programme of Christmas craft days for schools.

The event will take place between 4pm and 7pm on Wednesday December 16, admission is £3.00 for children and £2.00 for adults. There is free parking behind the school for all those attending the event.
