The Museum and Galleries Month Poll is going to help us find out where love and culture meet.
Have you ever fallen in love in a museum or made a life-changing decision whilst contemplating a rare and beautiful object or fine work of art? Or perhaps you’re one of those people who has fallen and knocked something over in a museum?
As most museum and gallery goers know, all manner of wonderful and dramatic things can happen in the UK’s museums and galleries.
May is Museums & Galleries Month 2006 and to help us to encourage more visitors to meet, learn, connect and be inspired in museums and galleries, 24 Hour Museum is hosting a survey to find which of the UK's museums and galleries is the most romantic.
The Museum and Galleries Month Poll is going to help us find out where love and culture meet and to help us we'd be very grateful if you could spend a few minutes answering some questions.

“We’re very pleased to be helping Museums and Galleries Month 2006, by hosting this survey,” said 24 Hour Museum Director Jane Finnis. "Museums and galleries can be wonderfully romantic places and I hope 24 Hour Museum visitors will set aside a moment to complete this simple and fun survey."
As an added incentive, Tate have kindly donated a pair of tickets to Kandinsky: The Path to Abstraction 1908-1922 at Tate Modern, and Howard Hodgkin at Tate Britain, London. Borders, who are sponsors of Museum and Galleries Month 2006, have also donated a £40 gift card. We'll be giving these to three participants chosen at random.
