Copeland residents have the opportunity to take part in the Cumbrian version of the popular wildlife photography competition by sending in their locally taken wildlife photographs.
Winners will have their image professionally reproduced as frameless pictures courtesy of local sponsor Graeme Cameron Photography, before being printed as a postcard which will be sold in the The Beacon and Whitehaven Tourist Information Centre.
Open to all Copeland residents, the competition is split into separate categories for over-16s and children. Photograph should be taken by the entrant in Cumbria during 2009/10. Entrants can choose whether their photograph is colour or black and white, but they must be at least 10"x8" on matt or gloss photographic paper.
