The Manor House in Bradford will be holding a special late night exhibition as part of Museums at Night 2009 on Friday May 15.
Latin for a collection of choice blooms, Florilegium: Flowers in Art is a colourful bouquet of works from the Bradford Museums and Galleries permanent collections.
Previously on display at Cartwright Hall as part of the Connect project, a selection of works from the original exhibition, will be accompanied by new and exciting work from the collection.
There is the opportunity to take part in a drawing class and local institution Betty’s Tearooms will be laying on Pimms, cucumber sandwiches and delicate fancies while you are serenaded by a string quartet.
The event is completely free and the Manor House will be staying open until 10pm on Friday May 15.
