Rossetti’s Obsession: Images of Jane Morris

Jane Burden Morris was the wife of poet and designer William Morris, and the favoured model of Pre-Raphaelite painter Dante Gabriel Rossetti. This exhibition brings together compelling examples of this pictorial obsession.

Heritage Open Days 2014: Lady Lever Art Gallery and Tours

The Lady Lever Art Gallery is one of the most opulent galleries in the country. It houses one of the most beautiful collections of fine and decorative arts, in the country, including British 18th and 19th century paintings and furniture, Wedgwood and Chinese porcelain displays. Enjoy a guided tours of the gallery. Tours are drop in, lasting approximately 45 mins.
