Turner: travels, light and landscape

JMW Turner is one of Britain’s greatest landscape painters around 30 of his works will go on show at Lady Lever Art Gallery. Featuring paintings and works on paper which are rarely displayed. The exhibition will explore the artist’s life and work chronologically.



Rossetti’s Obsession: Images of Jane Morris

Jane Burden Morris was the wife of poet and designer William Morris, and the favoured model of Pre-Raphaelite painter Dante Gabriel Rossetti. This exhibition brings together compelling examples of this pictorial obsession.
