From 7.30pm on Friday 18th & Saturday 19th May be entertained by amazing local live music as they take centre stage at the World’s Oldest Railway, situated within Marley Hill Carriage Shed, surrounded by vintage railway rolling stock - a truly unique venue!
We're excited to announce that Geordie soul powerhouses SMOOVE & TURRELL will be headlining on Friday 18th May with support from Sunderland's electronic pop outfit VANDEBILT.
Headlining on Saturday 19th May will be Sunderland's multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, THE LAKE POETS, with support from singer-songwriter BARRY HYDE.
Music at Marley Hill is sponsored by the Stables Brewery, Beamish Hall and is in association with the nationwide celebration Museums at Night.

Getting there
The railway is situated between Gateshead and Stanley, west of the A1. Marley Hill Engine Shed, Andrews House and Causey Arch stations are located just off the A6076 Stanley - Sunniside road. East Tanfield station is on the road linking the A6076 with Tanfield village. Approach from Chester-le-Street and A1(M) is via the A693 Stanley road and from Tyneside and A1 on the A692 Consett road.
