Kenwood House has announced a free Literary Season
Some of the UK's leading authors are giving free lectures as part of a six-week Literary Season at Kenwood House in Hampstead during January and February.

Guest speakers include Dan Snow, Emma Bridgewater and Matthew Rice, James Twining, Imogen Robertson, Linda Stratmann and Dave Musgrove (editor of BBC History Magazine).

Lucy Hutchings, the events manager for English Heritage in the London and East Region, said organisers were "thrilled" with the line-up.

"There are some fantastic names taking part in the Kenwood Literary Season," she added. "We advise people to book their free tickets in advance."

  • Runs January 8 until February, 12pm-2pm in the Orangery. Places are limited and tickets must be booked over the phone or in person at Kenwood House between 11.30am and 4pm. See English Heritage for details or call Kenwood House on 020 8348 1286.
