Exhibition: Still Inspired by Stonehenge, Salisbury and South Wiltshire Museum, Salisbury, until July 25 2009.

In spring 2008, a trio of groups were given special access to the ancient crevasses of Stonehenge, challenged to respond to the stone circle and interpretations of its meaning to visitors today.

After tours led by site expert Julian Richards and a series of silk wall hanging workshops, the results are a cluster of batiks and modern pieces, an audio installation in which the artists discuss methods of viewing Stonehenge and the preparatory drawings and processes formulating the final work.

Richards is running a series of Ultimate Stonehenge tours, offering would-be artistic disciples a personal introduction to the grounds and some "unique prehistoric finds."
