Visitors are welcome to wear period costume, be it Victorian to 1960s hippies. Throughout the weekend the massive beam engines will be operating in turn, culminating at 3.30pm when three of the Gimson beam engines will be in steam together, possibly the only place in the world where such a wonder can be seen.
