Housed in a grade II listed Georgian town house with a Victorian extension.
We are a community led museum, focusing on our geographical area, and exhibit for several local societies.
School Holidays see activities for children every day we are open.

We have a coffee shop which sells a selection of hot drinks. We have refreshments and homemade cakes for some events provided by the Friends of the Erewash Museum.
Our collections focus on our area, telling the story of the Erewash Valley from the Stone Age to the present day. We also have a collection of paintings by local artists and pottery from the art potters at West Hallam in the 1920s.

Make and Take Week
Drop in any day from Tuesday to Thursday to try your hand at making some fun crafts to take home with you.
On Friday 31st May there will be a chance to learn some balloon modelling skills.
