The only open air museum in Lincolnshire, the Village Church Farm offers the chance for visitors to step back in time to a more simple age.

See Bob the Traction Engine paired with a Hornsby threshing drum; step inside Withern Cottage, a wonderful example of a Lincolnshire “mud and Stud” thatched cottage; explore the eighteenth century Farm House, Barn,Stables and Summer House, relax in the Tea Room Orchard and Gardens and much more...

Church Farm

Victorian Textiles at the Village Church Farm

  • 14 — 16 May 2015

Following a small pilot event last year and the financial support of the Daphne Bullard Trust the Village Church Farm will be exhibiting our clothing and textile collection, featuring an array of wonderful Victorian textiles and fine needlework. Many of the objects exhibited will not have been on display to the public before. Examples will date from C1800 to the latter day 1940s. Our venue is open access. Museum and tea room will be open during these evenings.

Medieval Spring Bank Holiday Weekend at the Village Church Farm, Skegness

A weekend of events at the Village Church Farm with the Knights of Skirbeck. Demonstrations of combat, cooking, stories and living history. Access to museum, tea room and shop.
