Jonathan Allen and Ian Monroe's have a less cheerful underlying message. Allen targets lost cultural services with a boarded-up library, and Monroe highlights European economic uncertainty
Jake and Dinos Chapman's sculpture, of a saluting Adolf Hitler, is a reference to the humorous elements of the wartime spirit in Britain
