Famous for the trial of the Tolpuddle Martyrs in 1834. The courtroom only is open all year FREE of charge. To experience the full effect, for groups and school visits, book with an experienced guide who will bring the 200 hundred years of gruesome crime and punishment alive.

Stand in the dock and sit in the dimly lit cells where prisoners waited for their appearance before the judge. To book please contact the Tourism Team.
