The National Football Museum opened in February 2001. It is the first of its kind in the world, bringing the whole history of the game to life in five galleries within the stands at Deepdale Stadium. The striking entrance building incorporates several football references. The Museum is multi-sensory and accessible to all. Social history features strongly alongside football. There is a shop and cafe, full disabled access and plenty of free parking
