* LCB Depot is Leicester’s creative business centre. It is a service operated by Leicester City Council that seeks to support, stimulate and develop the city’s creative industries. It offers workspaces for creative businesses, meeting rooms for hire, exhibition space for local and regional artists and curators, networking events, creative business growth support, and a café/bar that's open to the public Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with free wifi. LCB Depot also manages workspaces for creatives at Phoenix; and studios for artists and designer-makers at Makers' Yard.

Passion2Print

Leicester Print Workshop’s biennial show of its members’ new work, on display in three venues – Leicester Print Workshop, Phoenix, and LCB Depot, plus a range of associated events including a Print Festival Weekend 12-13 November.

This year’s show marks the culmination of Leicester Print Workshop's 30th Birthday and the first year in its new building. With this in mind, artists have made new work inspired by the theme A Sense of Place.

A Cybernetic Ecology

Representing the culmination of almost four years of work, A Cybernetic Ecology is a new exhibition of interactive digital artworks by Leicester digital artist Sean Clark.

In the exhibition a collection of light, sound and screen-based artworks respond to the viewer and to each other to create a unique interactive environment. Some of this work has been shown nationally and internationally before, but this is the first time that it has been exhibited in it's entirety.

The State of Art

The inaugural annual exhibition of Fine Art, co-ordinated and curated by the students of De Montfort University, to show the range of art practice undertaken within Leicester School of Art.

The selected work is from the BA, MA, Research and AA2A (Artist Access to Art College Scheme).
