Explore Warren Wood, Stephanie’s Glade and Stonepits, with its diverse flora and fauna. Or enjoy the huge expanse of parkland, perfect for a picnic, BBQ or for playing ball games.
There are also 17 acres of formal gardens to explore, wheelchair and pushchair accessible. Overlooked by an impressive Elizabethan Tudor mansion, which dates from 1598, there are nine gardens in all, each one planted as a distinctive ‘garden room’. This tradition began in 1892 by the current owner’s great grandfather, and ensures an abundance of colour and interest throughout the seasons.
