Natural Beauty

Natural Beauty is a an exhibition of specially commissioned photographs of Leeds Museums and Galleries’ natural history collection. All of the objects photographed objects are from our store at the Discovery centre many of which have not been on public display for a number of years. Some of these photographs will be displayed alongside the objects from the collection itself. A workshop/lecture series is to accompany the exhibition and will take the form of photography master classes and discovery sessions.

Through the Magic Mirror: The World of Anthony Browne

An exciting exhibition specially designed for children, Through the Magic Mirror, The World of Anthony Browne takes visitors into renowned author and illustrator Anthony Browne’s picture book world. Visitors will come face to face with life size characters of his work combined with original illustrations from over 30 of his picture book titles including Gorilla, Into the Forest, Zoo, Little Beauty and Willy the Champ.
