Special Collections at the University of Bradford: over 100 collections of rare books and archives, almost a kilometre in shelf length, relating to University or Yorkshire history, or University areas of excellence from archaeology to Yugoslavia. The J.B. Priestley Archive is probably our best-known collection and peace history our speciality.
The collections include manuscripts, letters, photographs, artworks, newspapers, maps, pamphlets, objects, pipes (Priestley's) and, increasingly, digital files. We aim to take the very best care of these unique treasures while offering help and support to those who wish to use them.
