Hylands Estate is a fantastic place to go in Essex. It is a stunning Heritage Venue set in 574 acres of parkland.

Hylands Park is open year round, with the gates opening at 7.30am and closing at the following times:
January 17.00, February 18.00, March 18.00, April 20.00, May 21.00, June 22.00, July 22.00, August 21.00, September 20.00, October 19.00, November 17.00, December 17.00. Hylands House is open to the public 1st April-30th September 10.00-17.00 and 1st October-31st March 10.00-16.00, on Sun and Mon only.

Hylands House is closed Tues-Sat all year round.

Tuesday Toddle

Get down to Hylands Park and join in with a toddle. Afterwards, get crafty in the warmth of the Stables Visitor Centre. With different craft activities each month, this is an ideal trip out for your toddlers. Tuesday Toddler takes place monthly (2nd Tuesday), 13.00-14.30.

How to obtain

To book tickets call 01245 605523 (pre-booking is essential for this popular event). Tickets are £3 per adult and child, plus £1 for each additional child.
