The Kenneth Armitage Foundation is the former studio residence of sculptor Kenneth Armitage (1916-2002). The foundation awards a two- year sculpture fellowship at the foundation. The chosen sculptor is able to live, work and exhibit at the venue.
Tim Shaw (b.1964) is the second recipient of this prestigious award and Michael Sandle RA (b.1936) was the first.
