The Boston Great War Commemoration Society

This group is a collection of volunteers who have quite a few areas in common. Their interest in the First World War, and their belief that the story of Boston and her surrounding villages should be told. The chairman, Michael Hallett is a young graduate of Ancient History and a keen amateur historian. The vice-chairman, Don Jenkins is a teacher and also a very keen amateur historian, he was also responsible for the erection of the memorial at the Hohenzollern Redoubt (connected to Boston) four years ago.
