The trust is working to erect a memorial in a public place in central Reading, to the men and women of the Berkshire Yeomonary (past, present and future), the 400 that gave their lives in the wars of the 20th century and to Trooper Potts VC who won his VC at Gallipoli.

The aim is to erect in phases from March 2015 - the centenary of the Gallipoli landings and dedicate on 4 October 2015. We have raised £74,000 of the £150,000 required. We will be arranging events during the year which we will wish to publicise.
