Stratton BookFest is an annual two day event held in North Cornwall. It exists primarily to give away free books to children but each year it explores in depth aspects of local history and archaeology. This year it is launching its four year Partner Programme with the Imperial War Museum to commemorate the Great War and will be actively seeking material to add to the IWM's digital archive. It works with local schools and other interested organisations and is a popular inter-generational event.
It is open to all and is completely free.
Over two days - Friday March 28th and Saturday March 29th 2014. 10:00 until 17:00 each day.
Entry is completely free and simply turn up on the day!
