The Great War Remembered - event at Thringstone House Community Centre, Thringstone, Leicestershire on 4, 5 and 6 July to remember the men from the village who lost their lives in the Great War, and detail the village at that time.

A Christmas gift and craft fayre packed full of things for people to buy. There will also be a history display, hot and cold drinks and snacks, and a warm welcome guaranteed.

Carols Round The Tree

A partnership between St Andrew's church, Friends of Thringstone and Thringstone House Community Centre, this event starts at St Andrew's church and goes to Thringstone House Community Centre. It brings together people from the village to sing carols then go into the centre for hot or cold drinks and snacks. A collection will be made for Christian Aid.
