Below the castle you can follow the winding paths into the sheltered Teign Valley. Explore this ancient gorge, teeming with wildlife as you follow the trails along the roaring river.

Recharge at the café with a traditional Devon cream tea or tuck into a slice of cake. At our gift shop and plant centre you can pick up a wide range of plants, books, cards and locally produced food.
