A cathedral size parish church within the Aston Hall and Church conservation area. Grade 2* listed within large churchyard. Mentioned in Doomsday.

Oldest surviving structure is the tower 1480, enlarged in 1879 (architect Chatwin). Had a vast medieval parish from which it has acquired high quality monuments to ancient Warwickshire families including the Ardens, Erdingtons and Holts.

Church has its challenges associated with poor housing stock; deprivation and meeting the needs of a diverse multi cultural population. Aston Hall (Grade 1) and numerous adjacent listed buildings are a surprise to many visitors and make a visit worthwhile.
