Worthing's WW1 Discovery Trail

  • 1 July — 1 September 2014 *on now

Supported by The National Lottery through the Heritage lottery fund our educational
discovery trail presents valuable, unrecorded material at 15 venues in Worthing's
town centre, 1st July-1st September 2014. School children, students and volunteers have studied and documented private collections as well as archived records at Worthing Museum, exploring the social history and the lasting effects the war had
on our town. Their research and artistic interpretation has
helped us to create an inspirational trail which includes:
visual art, agriculture, sculpture, poems and creative writing.
