Cambridgeshire Family History Society

Cambridgeshire Family History Society (CFHS) supports family historians researching their ancestry in Cambridgeshire and beyond.

Through transcription projects, CFHS helps to preserve original records by making them readily available to everyone. We have an online shop which offers hundreds of CDs, books and pamphlets. Through sale of our publications we help raise funds to provide aid to local depositories to house and maintain original records.

Our global membership receives a quarterly journal packed with interesting articles to keep them abreast of the latest news within the Society.

Talks, designed to appeal to beginner and specialist alike, regularly take place throughout the county. Each month the Computer Group meets to learn new skills and explore family history websites.

Whatever your experience – beginner or expert – our volunteers can help you trace your ancestors.
