Inside The Shipwreck

Podtastic Podules

  • 25 July — 25 September 2015 *on now

The artist and textile sculptor, Jan Niedojadlo, creates gigantic sculptures inspired by natural forms. To make them, Jan uses a variety of recycled materials, including foam, plastics and rubber. His sculptures also incorporate lights, sounds and smells, provided by essential oils.

Jan is keen to encourage visitors to enter the sculptures and fully immerse themselves within these distinct ‘podules’ where they will experience the sights, sounds and smells within. He wants you to feel the fabrics, touch the shapes and experience how they move.

So, why not clamber inside the pieces and experience a different view.
